The Role ​

Part time or full time roles available 
 

We're looking for someone who:​

​

• Has customer service experience.

• Can confidently and delightfully take inbound & outbound phone calls.

• Will engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns.

• Ideally has previous use of Zendesk or similar CRM systems 

• Has reliable internet. This can be a remote position.
