Customer Service Agent – Immediate Start

We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Customer Service Agent to join us and work with one of our fantastic clients, a popular dog food brand. If you’re passionate about great customer experiences (and maybe dogs, too), we’d love to hear from you!

What we offer:

• Full-time or part-time hours to fit your schedule.

• Workdays from 8 AM to 5 PM, with some weekend availability required.

• The option to work remotely if preferred.

What we’re looking for:

• Someone who can start immediately—we’re ready to get you onboard!

• Experience in customer service—you know how to make people feel valued.

• A warm, approachable personality with excellent communication skills.

• A results-driven mindset, comfortable working towards targets.

• While not essential, a love for dogs is definitely a plus!

• Answer customer queries through calls, emails, and chat, providing friendly and professional support.
