  • Who are Mint Live?
    Mint Live is a flexible, reliable provider of on-demand customer ervice and administrative assistance. Taking away the need and cost of employing someone full-time enables your business (big or small), to benefit from the flexibility of only paying for the time you require. Looking for an extra pair of hands during peak periods, or simply need a break from micro-managing your inbox? We're here and happy to help. Mint Live is made up of an experienced, diverse team who will seamlessly integrate with your business wherever and whenever needed.
  • How do I get started?
    Mint Live will be able to work with your current set up, seamlessly integrating with your existing team. However, if you're not quite fully set up yet, that's fine too! We'll be there to help and provide you with a phone line and can create processes that will work for your individual company. Usually we'll ask to meet in person, or over zoom to have a little training on your systems. Here you'll be able to let us know how you'd like things to be done. Throughout the first couple of weeks we'll work closely with you, just so you can check in on how things are going/ provide any feedback you may have at all. Once everything is all up and running, we'll be able to get on with the work and you can focus on the important aspects of your business!
  • How long does it take to set up?
    Once you're ready to get started, we'll arrange an in-person meeting/ zoom to cover the ins and outs of your business whenever is convenient for you. Thereafter, we'll work closely with you for around the first couple of weeks until you're confident that everything is running smoothly.
  • Can you provide a phone number for us?
    Yes! We'll be able to set up either a mobile or landline number for you, with whichever area code you require. Along with this, we'll be able to give you monthly stats so that you can see the talk time, amount of calls per day, etc.
  • Can we use our existing systems?
    Yes! Our dedicated team at Mint Live has extensive experience with standard CRM programs and are fully trained and experienced in using Zendesk, Zoho, Hubspot, MailChimp, Outlook, Excel, Dropbox, and many more. We'll be able to adapt and suit to whichever systems you may be currently using.
  • Do you have a minimum ticket requirement?
    Unlike many similar companies, we do not expect you to commit to a minimum number of tickets to use our service. ​ We understand as a small/growing business that you can’t always guarantee the number of emails or calls you will receive in a month.
  • What do you mean by 'tickets'?
    Tickets are the interaction between a customer and a service representative. These are the means through which your customers can communicate with us, and this can originate from a number of channels. Such as: email, chat, phone calls, Twitter, Facebook, etc. They allow us to communicate, update, and resolve any problems that customers may have.
  • What size businesses do you work with?
    We work with a range of companies, from small start-ups to fully-formed businesses. The great part about working with an outsourcing business like Mint Live, means we can adapt to your personal needs. Whether you need some extra support during peak periods, or just require an extra pair of hands for tedious admin tasks, we are here to use as and when you need.
  • Will all of my calls be answered by real people?
    Absolutely, all of your calls will be handled by our lovely agents in person.
  • My business is quite small, do I have to hire a whole team?"
    We understand how hard it is in the first few years of starting a business, so we are completely flexible to suit your needs. Whether this is a few hours a day, a few hours a week or if you need a few team members to help on a daily basis.
  • How much do your services cost?
    As we've mentioned prior, we understand each business is different and so we're unable to confirm an outright cost before getting to know you a little first. Get in touch with us, and we'll have a discussion about how your business works and exactly where you require our help. Thereafter we'll be able to get a better idea of both your budget and pricing.
  • How do you ensure security and confidentiality?
    Your security is our top priority. We work with multiple companies already and ensure all data is kept safe and follows GDPR rules. We have procedures in place to make sure of this, but if you'd like to discuss this further, please do get in touch.
  • Will I need to provide training?
    We have a fantastic onboarding team who take the time to learn the ins and outs of your business. We will create training programmes and teach more staff as your business continues to grow, and ensure we're helping you as best we can.
