About Mint Live
Why did you start Mint Live?
We have both worked with start-up companies before and have noticed that quite often, small businesses and start-ups get to a point where they need help with their customer service/administrative tasks but don’t yet have the means to employ someone full time. We saw how they could benefit from having someone on an ad-hoc basis that can scale up with them as the company grows.
How is Mint Live different from other outsourcing companies?
We understand how hard it is in the first few years of business, so we are completely flexible to suit your needs. We set our pricing very fairly, meaning we won’t bill you for an hours work if it only takes us 15 minutes. We are here to use as and when you need, whether it is a few hours a day, few hours a week or if you need a few team members to help on a daily basis.

We take the time to learn your business and your products to ensure that we can give the best possible customer service every time. We have had feedback that our team is very delightful and friendly on the phone and tend to build a great rapport with your customers.
